| Oracle announced that you can get free updates and errata for OL6 by using public-yum.oracle.com as a repository. OL6 has always been available for download, but to get updates you needed to be part of their support program. Now, according to this article: https://blogs.oracle.com/linux/entry/free_updates_and_errata_for?msgid=3-6441318010 you can get those for free. I encourage everyone to download OL6 and give it a shot! You'll still be missing out on some of the cooler features (EM integration, DTrace, etc) of full-blown OEL, but for people who are curious and/or just want to run a personal OL6 box, this is a great way to go. | ||

| I upgraded us to the new version of phpBB tonight because of some issues with the old registration page. It looks like the regular expression checker for the links stopped working for the main page, so I'll have to fix that up. In the meantime, enjoy the new forums, and the different theme I put on them. I think it was time for a facelift anyway! | ||
